Recently joining forces with Acorns and PixPay, they're seeking an Analytics Engineer to join their Data Platforms team in London. Responsibilities For Analytics Engineer

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor data models
  • Collaborate with data analysts to build effective models for analysis and reporting
  • Maintain documentation
  • Perform regular maintenance on data warehouses
  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Respond to data transformation pipeline failures
  • Share knowledge with team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data practices

Requirements For Analytics Engineer

  • Advanced level of data modelling experience in data warehouse environment
  • Experience using data transformation tools like dbt or Dataform
  • Previous experience as a data analyst
  • Engineering mindset with DataOps knowledge
  • Advanced analytical SQL query writing skills
  • Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Databricks and BigQuery (desired)
