Design Release Engineer - Bumper Fascia

Goken America, an Engineering Services and Product Development company founded in 2004 and headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, is seeking a Design Release Engineer specializing in Bumper Fascia. As a Design Release Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and releasing vehicle system components and assemblies from concept to production, with a focus on Bumper Fascia. Your duties will include developing components, establishing and achieving targets for cost, investment, weight, performance, and quality, and coordinating with various teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and releasing vehicle system components and assemblies
• Developing components from concept through production
• Coordinating with purchasing, suppliers, testing, manufacturing, and other teams
• Creating 3D CAD models and technical drawings
• Providing technical support and system analysis
• Leading design reviews and implementing cost reduction methods

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, or Manufacturing)
• 5 years of experience with Bumper Fascia
• 3 years of experience as a Design Release Engineer for Bumper Fascia
• Knowledge of DFMEA and GD&T
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (NX highly preferred)
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
