Responsibilities For Android Application Engineer, Google Fi Wireless

  • Design, develop, and test new features for the Google Fi Wireless app, from concept to launch
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code, primarily in Kotlin
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address technical debt, improve the app's performance, and ensure its stability and reliability
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements and designs into a seamless user experience
  • Contribute to code reviews, author design docs, write unit and integration tests, and participate in interrupt rotations to support the app in production
