  • Support capacity deployment by managing build milestones and timelines
  • Troubleshoot OS-related issues and improve diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques for faster recovery
  • Deploy and configure integrated hardware and software solutions remotely and on customer sites
  • Utilize software tools for inventory management, OS configuration, and troubleshooting

Requirements For Associate Technical Solutions Engineer, Deployment and Support, Public Sector

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role troubleshooting hardware, software, in cloud or on-premises server infrastructure management
  • Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment
  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph
