Google Cloud Platform is seeking a Customer Engineer specializing in Infrastructure Modernization with Korean language fluency. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on helping businesses transform through cloud technology. The position requires 6 years of experience in infrastructure modernization and involves working with customers to design architectures, conduct proof-of-concepts, and optimize Google Cloud Platform solutions.

As a Customer Engineer, you'll be part of Google Cloud's mission to accelerate digital transformation across industries. You'll work with customers in various sectors, from small businesses to large enterprises, helping them leverage Google's cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities For Customer Engineer, Infrastructure Modernization (Korean)

  • Make recommendations on the integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure needed to implement a complete solution providing advice to customers to optimize Google Cloud Platform effectiveness
  • Support technical relationships with customers, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight the Google Cloud Platform value proposition
  • Support local Sales teams in pursuit of key business opportunities and engage customers to address aspects of the data lifecycle

Requirements For Customer Engineer, Infrastructure Modernization (Korean)

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in planning infrastructure modernization as a technical consultant, technical pre-sales engineer, or enterprise architect
  • Experience in cloud migration, data center migration, disaster recovery, virtualization, application/servers assessment, or discovery
  • Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to interact in this customer-facing role
