Responsibilities For Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech Professional Services

  • Work with the business team to Identify, develop, and optimize the new business opportunities and develop warm client relationships by leveraging Google products and technologies
  • Develop solutions as the technical lead, and provide consulting services to partners; build relationships and be sensitive to client's needs
  • Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals
  • Provide quality customer experience by delivering technical value to their online, digital initiatives
  • Travel as required to meet with Partners/Clients in the region

Requirements For Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech Professional Services

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP)
  • 3 years of experience in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers
