Responsibilities For Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

  • Provide domain expertise on public cloud and enterprise technology
  • Work with customers to design Cloud-based technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations
  • Serve as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for customers
  • Create and deliver best practices, recommendations, tutorials, blog articles and sample code
  • Manage stakeholders within customer environments to deliver consensus and lead positive customer outcomes on GCP

Requirements For Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions
  • Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery
  • Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages including data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Experience with standard IT security practices
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Clearance with polygraph
