Key responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring top AI talent, overseeing the complete development lifecycle of AI products, and working closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years managing large engineering teams of 40+ people. Deep expertise in machine learning, including areas like NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics, is essential. Experience with MLOps, data engineering, and cloud platforms will be valuable in building robust AI solutions at scale.
