This role is for a Mid-Market Territory Manager for Google Cloud Platform, focusing on the Polish market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 4 years of experience in sales, client relationship, business development, or account management. They should have technology sales experience, particularly in helping businesses transition from on-premise to cloud solutions. Fluency in Polish is required for this customer-facing role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and refining the target market using data-driven insights and market research
  • Initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers
  • Designing and implementing customer acquisition campaigns
  • Managing multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Working closely with various teams to optimize the customer acquisition process

The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and the ability to communicate credibly about platform and infrastructure-as-a-service. Experience with CRM systems, collaborating with channel partners, and a background in Cloud, Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems would be advantageous.

  • Define and refine the target market using a blend of data-driven insights, market research, and internal tools
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential customers through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging partnerships with channel partners
  • Design and implement effective customer acquisition campaigns at scale, utilizing various channels (e.g., email, social media, etc.) to generate and qualify leads
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle

  • Technology sales experience focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend
  • Ability to communicate in Polish fluently
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience selling solutions to help businesses transition from on premise to the cloud
  • Experience collaborating/co-selling with channel partners in your market
  • Technical or sales experience in Cloud, Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Ability to communicate credibly about platform and infrastructure-as-a-service
