  • Advocate product capabilities informed by customer insights and market intelligence to support product and go-to-market decisions
  • Engage customers and partners to regularly collect feedback, understand product adoption, and enable sellers and partners
  • Drive reactive and proactive engaged intelligence work on pricing, product portfolio
  • Monitor KPIs, data and translate into recommendations and plans
  • Drive partner and business enablement as well as broader scaled GTM programs

Requirements For Outbound Product Manager, Applied AI, Customer Experience Applications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 5 years of product management experience within cloud, SaaS, enterprise or developer platform
  • Experience in Conversation AI applications space or similar areas
  • Experience working with external customers and partners
  • Experience delivering products that drive customer success and market leadership
