Description For Program Manager III, Contract Solutions Enablement, Global Affairs

Google is seeking a Program Manager III to join their Contract Solutions Enablement team within Global Affairs. This role combines technical expertise with program management skills to drive improvements in agreement processes, data, and technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise contracting technology and legal tech implementations, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at one of the world's leading tech companies, with a competitive base salary range of $139,000-$207,000, plus additional benefits including bonus and equity. Based in either Austin, Chicago, or Miami, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and managing contract lifecycle solutions that impact Google's global operations.

As a Program Manager III, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with diverse stakeholders across different offices and time zones.   • Partners with stakeholders to understand business and user needs, identify innovative solutions, and execute the goal and strategy for Global Affairs scaled solutions and tools
  • Lead multiple cross-functional programs that improve agreement processes, data, and technologies across Google
  • Cultivate effective program teams with diverse stakeholders and partners
  • Help prioritize business needs and work effectively with Product teams and engineers
  • Identify, assess, and advise stakeholders on teams processes and technologies

Requirements For Program Manager III, Contract Solutions Enablement, Global Affairs

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • 3 years of experience with enterprise contracting technology and processes
  • Experience working within a legal department at an operating company, a legal technology company, or a law firm
  • Experience with Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or other legal technology implementations
