Description For Program Manager III, Demand and Supply Planning, Cloud Infrastructure

Google's Global Infrastructure Group (GIG) is seeking a Program Manager III to join their Network Planning team. This role is crucial in driving the forecasting, demand and supply planning, and execution management of data center networking infrastructure products. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud infrastructure while managing complex supply chain operations.

The role involves working within the Technical Infrastructure team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining Google's data centers and building next-generation platforms. You'll be managing Supply/Demand Planning for data center networking infrastructure parts, establishing forecasting methods, and working closely with procurement and materials management teams.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders across offices, time zones, and hemispheres. The position requires strong project management skills, experience in demand/supply planning, and the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization.

Google offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $139,000-$207,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.   • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in demand/supply planning or forecasting
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience with supply/demand planning, material planning, data center infrastructure, or capital investment decision making
  • Knowledge of the tools and elements of project management
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization
