Description For Regional Program Manager, Front End Planning and Pre-Construction

Google Cloud is seeking a Regional Program Manager to lead their Front End Planning and Pre-Construction initiatives in Singapore. This role combines technical expertise with construction industry knowledge, focusing on mission-critical facilities like data centers. The position requires 8 years of experience in technical project management and construction industry expertise.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects from conception to completion.   • Be the single point of contact for project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails
  • Manage site-specific seed and campus development funding
  • Manage architects, engineers, project controls vendors, and contractors
  • Support the energy and location strategy team with technical due diligence
  • Establish project guardrail metrics to develop project capacity, resource, schedule, and cost plans

Requirements For Regional Program Manager, Front End Planning and Pre-Construction

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in technical projects or program management
  • Experience in the construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of corporate design/construction
