Responsibilities For Regional Program Manager, Front End Planning and Pre-Construction
- Be the single point of contact for project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails
- Manage site-specific seed and campus development funding
- Manage architects, engineers, project controls vendors, and contractors
- Support the energy and location strategy team with technical due diligence
- Establish project guardrail metrics to develop project capacity, resource, schedule, and cost plans
Requirements For Regional Program Manager, Front End Planning and Pre-Construction
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in technical projects or program management
- Experience in the construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of corporate design/construction
- Experience in the design-build environment for mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial)
