Scaled Solutions Engineer

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.

The gTech Scaled Technical Solutions team is a group of engineers and technical experts, within the gTech Ads Solutions organization, developing customer focused solutions and platforms - increasing scale, reach, and team velocity for all deliverables to customers, sellers, and partners across both GCS and LCS segments.

Scaled Solutions Engineering is a critical role within gTech Ads, focused on both solutioning and scaling at a global level, partnering with regional stakeholders, product teams and specialists, and re-envisioning the way gTech Ads goes to market across customer segments.

As a Scaled Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Collect requirements, provide guidance, and best practices to apply to ad products and technologies.
• Be responsible for proactively scoping, designing, and building series of solutions and best practices at a global level to be reused by customers, sellers, partners.
• Adapt existing bespoke ads solutions created by regional teams into globally scaled solutions that can support customers.
• Own solution life cycle from discovery to launch, handling maintenance bugs and feature requests, as well as deprecation for a portfolio of scaled solutions.
