Senior Data Scientist, Product

Google is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization. This role combines technical expertise in data analysis with strategic business impact. The position involves working with Google's worldwide user base of more than a billion people, providing quantitative support and market understanding throughout the organization.

The role is part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. The focus is on security, efficiency, and reliability across all operations - from developing TPUs to running global networks, while working towards shaping the future of hyperscale computing.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll serve as an analytics expert for your partners, using data to drive better decisions and weaving stories with meaningful insights. You'll make critical recommendations for Engineering and Product Management teams, combining technical analysis with strategic communication. The role requires expertise in tools like SQL, Python, and R, along with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights.

The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
