Responsibilities For Senior Reliability Engineer

  • Lead and perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks in product designs and manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement Design for Reliability (DfR) strategies throughout the product development life-cycle
  • Utilize Physics of Failure (PoF) principles to build reliability models and predict product lifetime
  • Analyze large datasets from testing and field returns using tools like Python and advanced data mining techniques
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective actions

Requirements For Senior Reliability Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in hardware engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in applying Design for Reliability techniques
  • 6 years of experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry
