Senior Software Engineer, Kaggle and Colab

Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Kaggle and Colab team within the ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization. This role is critical in developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users worldwide. The position requires expertise in full-stack development, working across both backend (Java, Python, Golang, C++) and frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) technologies.

The role is based in Kirkland, WA, and offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $166,000-$244,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of software development experience and strong knowledge of data structures/algorithms.

As part of the MSCA organization, you'll be working on infrastructure that powers Google services and Google Cloud, including cutting-edge ML platforms like Vertex AI. The role involves designing and implementing solutions for hyperscale computing, with a focus on security, efficiency, and reliability.
