Responsibilities For Senior Staff Systems Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering
- Lead the design and implementation of complex AI-powered systems, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Lead and influence cross-organisational collaborations, ensuring adherence to product goals and initiatives
- Provide guidance to other team members on managing availability and performance of mission critical services
- Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards

Requirements For Senior Staff Systems Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with programming in one or more programming languages
- 4 years of experience leading projects
- 3 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
- Experience with Machine Learning Infrastructure (preferred)
