Senior UX Engineer, Wear OS

Google is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join their Wear OS team, focusing on creating exceptional user experiences for Android-powered wearable devices. This role sits at the intersection of UX design and engineering, requiring both technical expertise and design sensibility. The position involves working with Google's User Experience (UX) team, which consists of multi-disciplinary professionals including designers, researchers, writers, and engineers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging UX best practices with production execution, working on the front end of Google's products in a fast-paced environment. They will need to demonstrate creativity, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of user-facing technologies to enable efficient, high-quality execution and launch innovative features to a global audience.

This role is part of Google's Android team, which powers more than 3 billion devices worldwide. The mission is to bring computing to everyone globally, believing that computing is a superpower for good, enabling access to information, economic opportunity, productivity, and connectivity.
