Key responsibilities include performing SI/PI analysis and optimization for High-Performance Computing based on 2.5D/3D package technology, collaborating with various teams to drive chip package SI/PI design goals, and developing methodologies to enhance accuracy and productivity. The position requires expertise in Signal and Power Integrity fundamentals, microwave theory, and analog circuit design.
