Job Description

Google's gTech Users and Products (gUP) team is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their GenAI Trusted Tester Program. This role is crucial in ensuring product quality and market fit at scale, with a specific focus on Gemini and other GenAI products. The position involves designing, developing, and launching internal tools and automation that improve program efficiency and enable flawless execution of core program workflows.

The role combines technical development with stakeholder management, requiring both strong programming skills and excellent communication abilities. You'll be working with various programming languages, database technologies, and AI-powered development tools, while collaborating with distributed technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

As part of gTech, you'll be contributing to Google's mission of creating helpful and trusted experiences across their product ecosystem. The team serves as a critical bridge between product development and user needs, ensuring that Google's products meet real-world expectations before launch.

The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $123,000-$176,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills who wants to work at the intersection of software development, AI technology, and user experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years of coding experience and database technology expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience with client-side web technologies, development workflow management, and AI-powered tools, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).

Working in Boulder, CO, you'll be part of a team that's essential to Google's product launch process, helping to ensure that some of Google's most visible products meet user needs and expectations.
