Google is seeking a Tech Lead, Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their Technical Infrastructure team. As a Tech Lead SRE, you'll work on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating manual work through automation. Key responsibilities include engaging in the full service lifecycle from design to deployment, supporting pre-production services through consulting and capacity planning, maintaining live services by monitoring system health, and driving improvements in reliability and velocity through automation and system evolution.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and proven experience designing and troubleshooting distributed systems. They should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to effectively lead projects and collaborate across teams.
