Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager II, Supply Chain, Google Cloud
- Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, track progress, mitigate risks, ensure on-time delivery, and drive program delivery, from requirement gathering to post-launch support
- Track key metrics, analyze performance, and guide business strategy based on data insights
- Map existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined workflows, and refine processes and tools to support efficiency and achieve business objectives
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective communication, training, and support
- Partner with diverse teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and end-users
Requirements For Technical Program Manager II, Supply Chain, Google Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in business process management, industrial engineering, supply chain or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in program management
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives and implementation of software solutions to improve efficiency for supply chain operations
- Experience managing data-driven insights and reports (e.g., data analysis, data warehousing, data querying, data visualization, data governance, design)
