Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering
- Become a trusted advisor to decision makers providing valuable insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction
- Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports
- Develop, build, and evolve insightful metrics with reliable supporting datasets
- Provide strong quantitative analysis focus
- Build positive relationships, and trust through strong on-time delivery of commitments
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- Experience with ERP platform or related business system platform software development
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience working with internal product and engineering teams
- Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Ability to be an influential leader
