Machine Learning Engineer - Internship

Gorgias, a leading conversational AI platform for ecommerce, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineering Intern to join their dynamic team in Paris. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions that serve over 15,000 ecommerce brands and handle 1M+ merchant-shopper interactions daily.

The position sits within the Machine Learning team, focusing on transforming ecommerce interactions through AI automation. You'll be working on sophisticated systems including state-of-the-art Agentic LLM pipelines, classification algorithms, and product recommendation systems. The team utilizes advanced tools like HuggingFace, Vertex, and Comet ML, while maintaining high engineering standards with FastAPI, Kubeflow, and Kubernetes.

As an intern, you'll be deeply involved in developing and refining AI solutions, working with both classical NLP and modern LLM approaches. You'll gain hands-on experience with production-grade ML systems, data pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a Masters degree in STEM, strong Python skills, and familiarity with ML concepts.
