Responsibilities For Controls Engineer - Integration and Test Engineering

  • Support and improve CO2 equipment systems
  • Partner with Controls and mechanical design engineers
  • Focus on design/process changes and continuous improvements
  • Resolve performance issues
  • Drive innovation through continuous improvements
  • Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams
  • Design and optimize advanced control systems
  • Advance automation and system integration

Requirements For Controls Engineer - Integration and Test Engineering

  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering with expertise in control systems
  • 2+ years of controls experience
  • Proficiency in Studio 5000 from Rockwell Automation
  • Experience in commissioning engineering systems
  • Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servomotors, and general instrumentation
  • Ability to diagnose control system issues
  • Experience in fieldwork
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
