As an AI Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing AI-driven solutions that enhance GTM team efficiency. The role combines applied AI/ML expertise with software engineering, focusing on prototyping and delivering internal AI applications that improve Marketing, Sales, and BizOps workflows.
You'll build applications using cutting-edge LLMs and AI APIs, integrate with various GTM tools, and develop automations for data enrichment and reporting. Success in this role means delivering 2-3 working AI prototypes, optimizing GTM workflows, and demonstrating measurable impact on productivity. The position requires strong AI/ML fundamentals, Python proficiency, and experience with prototyping frameworks.

Responsibilities For AI Solution Engineer
- Build internal applications using LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Integrate AI into GTM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Sheets
- Develop scripts and automations for data enrichment, copy assistance, and reporting
- Rapidly test new AI models and APIs, validate feasibility, and create MVPs
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and BizOps teams
- Provide demos, documentation, and training to internal users
- Maintain and optimize deployed tools
- Ensure compliance, data privacy, and reliability in AI-driven workflows
Requirements For AI Solution Engineer
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (NLP, LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering)
- Proficiency in Python and working with APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience with prototyping tools/frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, or similar)
- Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or BI tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly prototype creative solutions
- Up to 5 years of experience in building end-to-end applications
- Ability to translate messy GTM data into usable inputs for AI models
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
