Senior Data Engineer

HighLevel, a rapidly growing AI-powered sales & marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their global team of 1,500+ members across 15+ countries. The platform processes over 15 billion API hits daily and manages 470+ terabytes of data across five databases. This role is perfect for an experienced data engineer who wants to make a significant impact in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining data infrastructure that supports real-time processing and large-scale event-driven architectures. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), modern databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and data processing tools (Kafka, Airflow, Spark).

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability and scalability, while building and optimizing data pipelines that process massive amounts of information. The role requires strong programming skills in JavaScript/Python, extensive experience with ETL processes, and the ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
