HighLevel, a rapidly growing SaaS company with over 1,500 team members across 15+ countries, is seeking a Tableau Developer to join their data analytics team. This role combines technical expertise in SQL and Tableau with strategic business insight, working in a remote-first environment that processes over 15 billion API hits daily. The position offers an opportunity to impact a platform that serves over 2 million businesses globally, managing 470 terabytes of data across five databases.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing mission-critical Tableau dashboards that provide real-time insights to stakeholders across the organization. This role requires advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation, strong visualization capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Working in the India time zone (2PM – 11PM IST), you'll collaborate with global teams while maintaining independence in dashboard development and problem-solving.

Responsibilities For Tableau Developer

  • Create and manage Tableau dashboards providing real-time insights to business stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, modify, and debug Tableau dashboards from end to end
  • Perform complex SQL queries to fetch and manipulate datasets
  • Build new dashboards and visualizations based on stakeholder requirements
  • Act as senior liaison between data team and other business units
  • Gather and document business requirements for analytics reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot platform issues and develop solutions

Requirements For Tableau Developer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
