Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer - Explore
- Own technical vision and contribute to product and technical roadmaps
- Write code across the full application stack, primarily in React, Typescript, and Golang
- Plan and lead complex, multi-team, long-term projects
- Act as a force multiplier by mentoring other engineers
- Influence company goals and strategy
- Define and model the team's engineering brand, process, and patterns
Requirements For Staff Software Engineer - Explore
- Deep experience in frontend application development with experience in backend development and API design
- Significant experience in React, Typescript, and related tooling
- Experience leading teams through iterative product delivery cycles
- Experience leading teams with software in production
- Strong sense of teamwork and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Clear, open communication skills
- Interest in observability and experience supporting production software
