Description For Senior Power Platform Developer
HSO is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to help clients leverage the Microsoft Power Platform for their digital transformation journey. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Power Platform solutions, as well as guiding Junior Developers.
Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities For Senior Power Platform Developer
- Lead and participate in Power Platform implementation projects
- Guide Junior Developers based on project and client requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Power Platform
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients
Requirements For Senior Power Platform Developer
JavaScript
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer or Technical Consultant, with specific experience in the Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Exposure to ALM Processes
- JavaScript plugin development, Azure Functions and C# experience and knowledge
- Experience with building applications against DataVerse, SharePoint and SQL and Front End Development (React)
- Understanding of baseline Dynamics 365 F&O processes and business logic
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team, share knowledge and lead other team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft certifications in the Power Platform or related technologies are preferred
