HSO is seeking a Senior Microsoft Endpoint Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on designing and implementing Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT experience with expertise in endpoint management and Microsoft technologies. You'll be responsible for managing device configurations, implementing automation, and providing technical guidance to clients. Responsibilities For Sr Microsoft Endpoint Engineer
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Configuration Manager solutions
- Plan and implement Microsoft Endpoint Manager with Microsoft 365 services
- Configure and manage device configurations, policies, and profiles
- Develop and implement automation for device provisioning and lifecycle management
- Deploy and manage software updates and patches
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver modern workplace solutions
- Manage monitoring systems and proactively address issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training to clients and internal teams
Requirements For Sr Microsoft Endpoint Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years in IT, with focus on endpoint management, mobility, or desktop engineering
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 Defender
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, and app management
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS deployment and management
- Knowledge of group policy management, Azure AD, and conditional access
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft certifications (MS-101, MD-100, MD-101, AZ-104) are a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in customer-facing consulting roles
