Core Developer - ETFs

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Core Developer focused on ETFs to join their highly productive and efficient team. As a Core Developer, you'll work closely with the Algo Development team to design, build, and improve automated ETF trading systems. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of HRT's live trading platform and research tooling in this greenfield area.

Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong C++ experience (required)
• Python experience (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with quantitative researchers & traders (preferred)
• Superior design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of UNIX operating systems (Linux), system/processor performance, and network communication

HRT offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $175,000 to $250,000, with potential for sign-on and performance bonuses.
