Job Description

hyperexponential (hx) is revolutionizing the $7 trillion insurance industry with their AI-powered platform that enables critical risk assessment and pricing decisions. As their first GTM Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, building AI-driven systems that personalize customer touchpoints and optimize the entire funnel. The role requires both coding expertise and marketing technology skills to create sophisticated automation systems that drive real business impact.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and shape how prospects and customers experience hx. You'll be responsible for architecting intelligent systems that handle lead scoring, routing, and nurture flows while integrating various GTM platforms into seamless workflows. Backed by prestigious investors like a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, hx is scaling globally with an impressive client base of 50 major insurers. The company culture emphasizes impact over title, offering an environment where you'll be challenged to do your best work alongside talented peers. The position comes with competitive benefits including top-spec equipment, regular team events, and access to cutting-edge AI tools.

This role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with GTM knowledge and wants to directly influence a rapidly growing company's success. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both coding and marketing technology, ready to build systems that competitors can't easily replicate, and excited about working in a fast-evolving environment.
