AI Productivity Engineer

The position offers a unique opportunity to drive the implementation of AI-powered development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Devin across a large engineering organization of 300+ developers. As the AI Productivity Engineer, you'll be responsible for not just implementing these tools, but also creating a culture of AI-native development practices.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on software development experience with a passion for enabling others to succeed. You'll need to be comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
