ServiceNow - Senior Developer/ Administrator

Illumina is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure and development, focusing on ServiceNow platform development and administration with emphasis on ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM. The position requires a seasoned professional with 6 years of IT development experience, including 4 years specifically with ServiceNow.

As a Senior Developer/Administrator, you'll be part of an Agile Scrum development team, working on critical infrastructure that supports Illumina's mission to expand access to genomic technology and transform human health through early disease detection and diagnosis. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow components, managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and ensuring optimal performance of Discovery tools and plugins.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow mid-server architecture, strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, and proficiency in various web technologies and scripting languages. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Compute, Server, Cloud, and Network teams to ensure proper system configuration and access management.
