Responsibilities For ServiceNow-Senior Staff Developer/Administrator
- Provide technical leadership in planning, staffing, and delivering ServiceNow projects
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and QA resources
- Own the design and development process, including coding, testing, and debugging applications
- Perform code and configuration reviews
- Develop advanced configurations of ServiceNow components
- Collaborate with internal customers
- Drive a culture of quality service and security by design
- Monitor and fine-tune applications
- Ensure creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Perform assessments with Configuration and IT Services teams
Requirements For ServiceNow-Senior Staff Developer/Administrator
- At least 12 years of IT development experience, with minimum 8 years in ServiceNow
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Jelly Script
- Proficiency in web technologies such as Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, and HTTP
- Experience using enterprise tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, Teams, Confluence, and Jira
- Experience with ServiceNow's Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working in a regulated environment within a global company (preferred)
- Exceptional knowledge of ITIL processes or ServiceNow Admin/CMDB certifications (preferred)
