Responsibilities For ServiceNow-Senior Staff Developer/Administrator

  • Provide technical leadership in planning, staffing, and delivering ServiceNow projects
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and QA resources
  • Own the design and development process, including coding, testing, and debugging applications
  • Perform code and configuration reviews
  • Develop advanced configurations of ServiceNow components
  • Collaborate with internal customers
  • Drive a culture of quality service and security by design
  • Monitor and fine-tune applications
  • Ensure creation and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Perform assessments with Configuration and IT Services teams

Requirements For ServiceNow-Senior Staff Developer/Administrator

JavaScript
Node.js
  • At least 12 years of IT development experience, with minimum 8 years in ServiceNow
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Jelly Script
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, and HTTP
  • Experience using enterprise tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, Teams, Confluence, and Jira
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in a regulated environment within a global company (preferred)
  • Exceptional knowledge of ITIL processes or ServiceNow Admin/CMDB certifications (preferred)
