Responsibilities For Backend Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement application features
- Ensure code quality, efficiency, reliability, and security
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and bugs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software engineering
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements For Backend Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in backend software development
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python
- Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
