This role combines technical expertise in Salesforce development with client-facing responsibilities, supporting both internal operations and US-based clients. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce platform development, including declarative and programmatic development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of web application development experience, strong technical skills in Salesforce architecture, and proven experience with enterprise integration. Responsibilities For Senior Salesforce Developer
- Manage development and deployment of new projects and enhancements
- Ensure work-products meet business requirements and goals
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Estimate level of effort for solution implementation
- Lead technical design sessions
- Perform root cause analysis for technical issues
- Prepare documentation of development and operational systems
- Support business analysis and clients' requests
- Provide knowledge sharing sessions
- Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems
- Provide coaching in Salesforce best practices
- Manage multiple stakeholder engagements
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
Requirements For Senior Salesforce Developer
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Web Application Development
- Experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs
- Experience working with clients from US/UK
- Experience with Salesforce Community Portals
- Experience with agile software development
- Extensive Apex and JavaScript development experience
- Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components
- Integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On
- Understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
