Job Description

Come join the Intuit Finance Data Science & Strategy team as a Staff Data Scientist! In this impactful role, you will be at the forefront of driving data-backed strategic initiatives across Intuit's portfolio, with a primary focus on opportunities within the Consumer Group.

As a Staff Data Scientist, you'll leverage your expertise in predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and causal inference methods to uncover new opportunities for business growth. You'll dive deep into unit economics, market dynamics, product migration, cross-selling strategies, and optimization of pricing and spending. Working with state-of-the-art tools and technologies, you'll perform end-to-end analytics using advanced SQL, ML, and AI to extract actionable business insights that drive tangible value for customers and fuel business growth.

You'll be joining Intuit, a global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for millions through products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp. Your work will directly impact business results and accelerate Intuit's growth as you partner closely with finance strategy, FP&A, data engineering, and various business partners.

The role offers competitive compensation ($186,500 - $252,000 base pay range for Bay Area California) plus bonus and equity opportunities. You'll work in a hybrid environment that combines the best of in-person collaboration with flexible remote work options.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's preferred)
