Staff Software Engineer, Core Platform

Intuit is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Core Platform Engineering Team, focusing on developing and maintaining the Kubernetes Platform across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of Intuit's flagship products including TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing Intuit Kubernetes Services (IKS) clusters that host major products and platforms. Your work will directly impact millions of customers through platform development, deployment, service adoption, configuration, and optimization.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring about 70-85% coding time. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and cloud-native design patterns. The position involves collaborating with various teams across Intuit, from product management to platform development.
