InvestorFlow, a leading provider of specialized CRM solutions built on Salesforce, is seeking a Mid-Level API Developer to join their team in Santiago de los Caballeros. As the only company of its kind, InvestorFlow delivers industry-specialized CRM and digital portals to help alternative asset firms optimize their operations.
The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs using .NET Core for enterprise applications. You'll be working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring secure coding practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong expertise in RESTful API design, software patterns, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about clean code and scalable architecture. You'll be part of a company that serves over 175 clients, including 25 of the top 50 alternative asset managers, managing more than $6 trillion in assets across 750 funds and 90,000 LPs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and version control systems. Additional experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code, and financial services applications would be advantageous. You'll be contributing to a cloud-native platform that integrates deal flow management, fundraising, reporting, and investor services.

Responsibilities For Mid-Level API Developer (.NET Core, API)
- Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core working with data from SQL and NoSQL databases and external APIs
- Ensure secure coding practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs with frontend and backend systems
- Optimize API performance and ensure scalability
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate deployments
Requirements For Mid-Level API Developer (.NET Core, API)
- 3-5 years of experience in .NET Core and API development
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, software design patterns, and secure coding standards
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, etc.), IaC (e.g., Terraform, etc.)
- Nice to have: Experience in developing, building, and deploying financial-services-grade applications and platforms
- Nice to have: Knowledge of and practical expertise with core Azure services
