Growth Engineer

As their first Growth Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product adoption and retention through technical experimentation and implementation. This role combines software engineering expertise with growth-focused initiatives, requiring both technical depth and strategic thinking.

Working from their Dublin 2 HQ, you'll be part of a hybrid work environment (4 days in-office) with flexible hours around core collaboration time. The role demands a strong foundation in software engineering, whether frontend, backend, or full-stack, combined with hands-on experience in growth experimentation and analytics.

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing growth experiments, building analytics systems, running A/B tests, and creating automation tools that give the team leverage.
