Responsibilities For Security Engineer
- Perform security testing of web, Android, and iOS applications to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate secure SDLC practices
- Develop creative and practical attack scenarios to uncover potential threats
- Define threat landscape from product ideation to implementation
- Proactively identify platform-wide vulnerabilities and provide remediation guidance
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver within defined timelines
- Continuously learn and build expertise across security domains
- Stay up to date with evolving technologies and adapt security approaches
- Drive innovation to accelerate vulnerability detection

Requirements For Security Engineer
- In-depth knowledge of security vulnerabilities beyond OWASP Top 10
- Experience in security assessments on web, Android and iOS applications in microservice architecture
- Experience with security tools for manual and automated assessments
- Experience working with common product flows like payment gateway integration, authentication
- Knowledge of application building processes
- Knowledge of Python, Java, PHP, C, C++, SQL, Javascript, Ruby, NodeJS, Go
- Passion for security with practical and balanced approach
- Ability to visualize root cause of application behavior
- Independent and self-motivated
