Responsibilities For Senior FPGA Design and Verification Engineer
- Architect and design FPGA-based systems to meet project requirements
- Implement and optimize FPGA designs for performance, power, and area efficiency
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate FPGA solutions
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Debug and troubleshoot FPGA designs
- Generate documentation for FPGA designs
- Maintain version-controlled design documentation
- Provide mentorship to junior FPGA engineers
- Work with project managers on milestones and deliverables
Requirements For Senior FPGA Design and Verification Engineer
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in FPGA design and development
- Experience in FPGA based 5G Wireless systems and/or ORAN Fronthaul technology (preferred)
- Strong understanding of high-speed digital design and signal integrity principles
- Expertise in RTL optimized design with Verilog/SystemVerilog and/or VHDL
- Proficient in FPGA design-verification tools (Xilinx/AMD or Altera/Intel)
- Knowledge of FPGA interfaces
- Lab troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of bash or Python scripting
- Proficiency with C programming language
- Linux systems knowledge (preferred)
- Familiarity with bitbucket, Jira-based workflow (preferred)
