The position requires a skilled developer with at least 2 years of experience in MS Dynamics customization and configuration. You'll be working in a truly global, multi-cultural environment, collaborating with teams in Malaysia and business users in Royston, UK. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen, as you'll be responsible for capturing requirements, coordinating feature releases, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through comprehensive testing.
Key technical requirements include experience with technologies such as SSIS, C#, JavaScript, SSRS, PowerApps, Power Automate, CRM SDK, PowerBI, and FetchXML. The ideal candidate should have a background in CRM consulting or engineering and be comfortable working in an agile environment using MS Dev Ops.

Responsibilities For CRM / Dynamics 365 Developer
- Oversee capturing of business requirements and document specifications
- Coordinate with teams on feature releases and manage dependencies
- Work with business to facilitate functional and user testing
- Ensure thorough system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Develop and customize MS Dynamics to meet requirements
- Adhere to software quality standards and policies
- Work in a global multi-cultural environment
Requirements For CRM / Dynamics 365 Developer
- 2+ years experience in MS Dynamics customization and configuration
- Experience working in an agile environment and using MS Dev Ops
- Experience in business analytics
- Experience with SSIS, C#, JavaScript, SSRS, PowerApps, Power Automate, CRM SDK, PowerBI, or FetchXML
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Modules
- Previous experience as CRM consultant or CRM engineer preferred
