Requirements For Senior Application Support Engineer
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scripting languages to support the live platform
- Strong skills in complex financial systems, application support, Unix/Linux, Unix Shell, Bash scripting, Python, Oracle SQL
- Experience with Grafana, Geneos, Control-M, and ITIL Level 2 support processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Applications Support / SRE / DevOps experience
- Monitoring of critical systems in Production environments
