Lead Software Engineer / Oracle / HCM / Learning / Cloud

JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Workforce Technology Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact enterprise-level technology solutions while working with Oracle HCM Learning Cloud applications.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for enhancing, building, and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure and scalable way. You'll work within an agile team environment, conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas to support the firm's business objectives.

The role involves executing creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with Oracle HCM Learning Cloud. You'll be responsible for maintaining business processes, including configuration documents and JIRA practices, while ensuring security and compliance with regulations. The position requires strong experience with Oracle HCM Learning Cloud and Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Key responsibilities include improving and optimizing solutions using SaaS Oracle HCM Learning Cloud, consulting on new features, and working with Oracle Visual Builder Studio. You'll also be involved in protecting data privacy, conducting impact analysis for Oracle releases, and completing functional testing of enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering, strong collaborative abilities, and a passion for building an innovative culture. Oracle HCM Learning Cloud Implementation Specialist Certification is preferred, along with experience in Oracle APIs and Service Now.
