Murex Lead Software Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Murex Lead Software Engineer to join JPMorgan Chase's Private Bank Trading Technology team within Asset & Wealth Management. As a core technical contributor, you'll be responsible for delivering critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas, focusing on Murex systems and infrastructure.

You'll work as an integral part of an agile team that enhances, builds, and delivers trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. The role combines deep technical expertise in Murex systems with leadership responsibilities, including leading evaluation sessions with vendors and driving technology adoption across the organization.

The position requires advanced knowledge of Murex systems, including MxMLExchange, Data dictionary Formulae, Tasks, and Templates, as well as comprehensive understanding of Datamart modules and financial services IT systems. You'll be responsible for developing secure high-quality production code, reviewing others' work, and identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
