Julius Baer, a leading Swiss wealth management group, is seeking a Front Arena Core Risk Developer to join their Front Arena Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on the technical aspects of the Front Arena trading system, involving development and support of core functionalities. The position requires expertise in Python, AEL, ACM, and ADFL, with at least 2 years of experience in structured products trading and lifecycle management.
The role combines technical development with business domain knowledge in financial trading systems. You'll be working in an agile environment (SAFe), contributing to system architecture, developing applications, and integrating with trading and back-office systems. The position offers an opportunity to work directly with traders, mid-office, and risk office teams, requiring both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities For Front Arena Core Risk Developer
- Contribute to the development of Front Arena installation, interfaces, algorithms and tools
- Capture requirements, plan, implement and test solutions in an agile environment (SAFe)
- Provide first-class Front User support (Trading, Midoffice, Risk Office)
- Work on complex problems, experiment with new ideas and continuously learn and improve
Requirements For Front Arena Core Risk Developer
- At least 2 years of experience in structured products issuance, trading and life-cycling
- At least 2 years of experience as Front Arena developer in Python, AEL, ACM, ADFL
- Experience working directly with traders on a trade floor (preferred)
- Knowledge of ACM.Net/C#, JSON, MS-SQL (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills

- Team player with hands-on, can-do attitude
